Mezcal Azul takes you into the agave fields, sipping with master mezcaleros as they pour from vintage glass bottles reflecting a prismatic sun. The cork is pulled, revealing the aroma of wild agave. Smoky notes of cactus embers from a nearby terracotta stove form an invisible sillage as we sip in communion to the ancient land. Earthy undertones reflect nature's deep blue hue - comforting, rustic and warm. Blooming creosote blends with the desert air in a vista of freshness.
