MEZCAL GOLD: AÑEJO

I've been looking for a new perfume for a while and when my friends recommended this one, I knew I had to have it. I loved the idea of a perfume that smells like my favorite cocktail and wear this perfume every day. The scent is so unique, and I have gotten so many compliments on it.

I’ll never forget the first time I sprayed this on a scarf around my neck. I drove out to the countryside in Washington as the sun was setting in a beautiful autumn gloam. this was one of those instant loves. at the time I could not imagine a more perfect peach perfume, and now my love for it has grown so much more as I have full sized. I can wear this any season and it is a perfect perfume. It is leathery and opulent and has just the right amount of silage and projection. A leathery, almost boozy like peach perfume, so magical.

I happened to blind buy the perfume oil of this based on some tiktok videos and I was NOT disappointed. It has a very good projection and no off putting notes through the initial application down to the dry down. It’s a pretty unique scent to me and I would definitely recommend!! Owner is very sweet and personable, can’t wait to purchase more in the future :)

This perfume is no joke – people are straight-up stopping me in the street. Never got so many compliments!

This was the first scent I ever sniffed from Kelly + Jones, as I purchased this from a local boutique in Austin. My best friend and I actually each bought a perfume oil of the Mezcal Anejo, and I had to purchase the EDP from another boutique in Dallas. This scent is expertly blended, smokey but not too overbearing, and so unique - I truly have never smelled anything like it. It's incredibly sexy and the sillage is strong without being overpowering, and I'm somebody who gets headaches from certain fragrances. I love how long-lasting it is! I need to buy backups because I will be devastated to ever be without this fragrance. I just purchased Negra, and I am so excited to order other scents from K+J (next on my list is Oak!) I think this concept of wine/spirit-inspired perfume is fantastic, and I love that there is a charitable aspect to this particular perfume as well. Love!!
